Winterfest is a Youth Retreat experience returning to Arizona! Winterfest is a well regarded staple of youth ministry hosting events in Tennessee and Texas for many years now. It is an opportunity for our teens to hear from a wide range of knowledgable teachers, engage in singing on a larger scale, and have group bonding experiences in a beautiful city. The event is being held in Flagstaff, Arizona at the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel. The cost to register is $100. This cost includes: registration fee, hotel reservation fees, & travel expenses. Full payment details can be found after clicking registration link below. The registration deadline is January 11th. Additional costs include: 4 Meals ($20 x 4 meals = $80 recommended) and $15 for the Winterfest T-Shirt (optional). We are in-need of parents willing to attend as chaperones. There will be 4 people per hotel room 1 of which must be a chaperone. The $100 event costs for chaperones are covered, but chaperones will be responsible for meal costs.
